		<description>Thank you. I&#039;ve never yet read the book, only flicked through a bit of it, and I always felt it was a bit of a desecration on Parker&#039;s part. Not the genuine article. In terms of the first four chapters not very polished, bear in mind it was only a rough draft, and if Chandler had been able (and well enough) to complete it properly, it may well have looked completely different. He might have even tossed in the whole idea. Chandler was never convinced that marrying Marlowe off was a very good idea.</description>
